    We perform detail material takeoffs (MTO) for all trades in construction for Design Build, Conceptual and Hard Bid projects.

    Our primary objective is to provide accurate material take offs (MTO) which adhere to Project Documents (Drawings & Specifications) and provide                    competitive cost proposals.

 

    We also develop preliminary project schedule.

 

    All MTO’s are prepared and submitted in Microsoft Excel sheet. We have successfully developed and delivered projects of all sizes and costs.
