             Turn around time for projects is generally between 3 to 5 business days. We accommodate quick turn around projects too.

             All our pricing  is Lump sum (LS) and we rarely charge for Addendum reviews or changes. No project is small or big for us.

             Typical Project Steps

             1. Client email Bid invite or links to Drawings & Specs.
             2. We download, review the Dwgs and email cost for MTO.
             3. Client makes payment on our Website or provides Credit card details to charge.
             4. Atfer payment the project is scheduled for takeoffs.
             5. Microsft excel sheet MTO (xls) is  emailed to the client.
             6. Setup meeting over phone or video chat to review the scope and total bid cost.
             7. If needed act as our Client’s estimator and address Scope questions with Architect/GC.
             8. Followup after our Client submits the bid or cost proposal.
